Hotel was conveniently located to where we were visiting for business. Hotel was clean. Room was large. Staff was friendly and the included breakfast was better than we expected. There was lots of places in the immediate to eat, both chain restaurants and small mom and pops, and tons of shopping. Only thing, and not really a negative was the building was tucked behind a Dollar Tree and the sign was not that big. Overall - Excellent place to stay.
today is Oct.30th, 22:06pm, I was checking in at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Seabrook, I asked an quite room because of my sleeping issue, a guy named Chris told me, they don't have any room left except last people has not check in. I was assigned to a room next to elevator, another front lady explained to me, the area has electrical outage, so nearby hotel even do not have a room. At the same time, two men walked in without any reservation, the lady pretend to them that they don't have any time with embarrassing red face, Chris jumped into said he has last room left. I don't know why they lie to me, only thing I can think, maybe they can charge two men more price than me. but this type of the way to retreat customer, it really shame!!! very bad experience!
Wonderful place to stay! Close to the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and tidy and the staff was excellent. We left 2 necklaces that have great sentimental value and a staff person found us in the parking lot to return them.
Great beds great hot breakfast but pricey. Was worth the money thow super comfortable
Clean, great desk service. Lots of healthy and also traditional breakfast choices. Fitness room clean, TV audible and close captioned. Have made two visits, both excellent.
