If you get the chance to stay in one of the rooms that have yet to be remodeled I definitely RECOMMEND it.
We have been coming to this hotel 3 times a year for at least 4 years. Told this past year that it had new owners and would be upgraded. Couldn't be farther from the truth. What a shame as it used to be a nice place. Made reservations by phone in July with hotel manager specifying we wanted room 110. That was agreement made July 10th according to my notes. Got there to check in and was told we were in room 114. Horrible room we got stuck with once before. One bed has "U" shaped mattress that looks like 600 pound person laid on it for 6 months. Asked why reservation was changed from 110 to 114. LIED to by staff who stated that bathroom in 110 had broken tiles and couldn't be used. Requested mattress change for 2 of the 3 day stay. Never happened. Morning of 2nd day we watched an older couple come out of room 110 and housekeeping then went in to clean room and change sheets! So lied to!!! Further disappointment is that they have permanently closed the hot tub which was the major draw for us. Almost impossible to use the pool due to numerous unsupervised children who act like animals! They seem to now be renting rooms on a weekly basis to families (welfare?). Huge disappointment after what we were accustomed to the first couple of years. Paid the most money we have ever paid for a stay there and it was awful!!! Do not plan to ever go back- why would we as there is no hot tub or any other reason to want to stay there!! This new company has lost a long time returning customer family! We will no longer recommend this hotel to anyone as we couldn't get results when we were even physically there.
very friendly. very affordable. you can tell the management/owner really cares about your stay. driving for the past 6 days, this has been the best stay so far.
This place is being remodeled, but the rooms are awesome. And well maintained.
The room was clean and pretty big. Everything looks old but it's currently being renovated. Nice swimming pool but sadly the hot tub was closed. The breakfast is nice(toasts, waffles, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee/juice)
I loved it. Rooms were nice and clean. They offered free banana's, apples, and oatmeal all day. Customer service was excellent. Looking forward to returning.
