Standard Mini Storage. Excessive on the speed bumps. Does not make for a good ride going in and out especially if your storage bin is in the 8th row.
Had a friend rent a storage unit on the second floor. You have to climb up stairs just to get to your unit. And mice and a cat got into her unit and destroyed quite a few things.
The area around my unit gets water and ice but inside mostly is dry. A couple of times I showed up and it was really damp inside but overall it is good. Location is a little hard to find but once you know where it is, then it is convenient to Rt 95 and the shopping area.
I have tried to rent a unit here THREE TIMES and the office never seems to be open. I really dislike having to chase/beg a business to take my money. These were mid-afternoon weekday visits. Id call first before driving down with all your stuff.
The best staffing, very flexible, a lot of storage units of different sizes.
