My wife and I are downsizing and relocating from out of state. We sold much of our furniture before the move so needed to furnish several rooms of our new condo. We found Bob's in Seabrook and were greeted by Cheryl Tuttle. Cheryl was very professional and made many suggested that helped us choose the right furniture for us. She listened to us and steered us to the furniture we needed. As we picked the furniture we liked, Cheryl kept a running log of what interested us. After we left the store, Cheryl sent us a complete accurate list and quote for what we saw. We were able to think it over before we came back and order the pieces we wanted. We cannot wait for the furniture to be delivered at the end of the month.
I went to Bob's looking for a sofa and was greeted by Stephen Saboo. He asked what I was looking for and directed to the areas in the store that had what I was interested in offering to answer any questions I had. I looked for a while and then he came and helped me with my questions. I purchased a sofa after he answered my questions. The store was bright, very clean and organized to make it easy to find what you want.
I went to Bobs in search of a twin mattress for my 10 year old son. I was greeted at the door by Michael and he took us up to the bedding and started to walk us through the different types. When I explained to him that it was for my 10 year old he understood immediately that I would only be needing this mattress for a couple of years before he outgrew it and needed to move into a larger size. He had my son try a couple of different type mattresses before we found out which one he liked best and we made the purchase. I'll definitely be returning to Bobs in the future and looking for Michael to help me.
Stephen was friendly, helpful and gave me the space needed so that I could make up my mind. Just what I want when I'm shopping - there to help but not get in the way. I will go back there next time I'm shopping for furniture.
Always a great experience at Bob's furniture Seabrook. The staff is always happy to see us. Meredith helped us today and was absolutely wonderful and fun to work with. And the acceptance now team..always a pleasure. Thank you Bob's for 3 years of great service and many more to come!
